BEFORE YOU ORDER!
- Items bought from my store are shipped from the USA. USPS is the default shipping provider. USPS includes standard tracking. You will not receive tracking with Stamp Mail orders.
- If you would like to pay for shipping through an alternative carrier (UPS, FedEx or DHL) please DM on Twitter or contact through the store and I can ship your order with any carriers listed above.
- Pre-order items will be produced after the store closes. Production may take up to 1-2 months.
- I do ship to the EU but I don't collect VAT when you order. Please be aware, due to VAT regulations in the EU, you may have to pay duties and fees with your delivered package.
- Due to VAT laws, I am unable to ship to the UK directly from my store front. If you're from the UK please shop from my Etsy. Etsy will not be open during stock-only store openings.
- If your country's shipping isn't available, please contact me! It's most likely I'm able to ship to you but I need to add your country to my listing!
- I am not able to provide you with a refund if your item gets lost in transit. I can replace your items, free of charge, but you will need to pay for the shipping again. If your item gets sent back to me undamaged I can refund you or I can attempt to resend the returned package at no extra cost. If your order fails to make it a 2nd time under both circumstances, you will not be able to receive a refund nor will I a make a 3rd attempt to send your purchased items. I apologize for the inconvenience. (Items labeled LIMITED STOCK do not apply. I can neither refund or replace those if damaged or lost in mail.)
- I am not responsible for any specific country's customs/held merchandise you experience with your orders.
- If you're interested in hosting a group order (G.O) you can go ahead, you don't need my permission. Please feel free to contact or DM me if you want to ship your order with alternative carriers than USPS (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). If you need any assistance, please reach out.
